Vegeterian Tips: Most restaurants nowadays have vegetarian options available right on the menu. If not, ask your server if there is something that can be made for you. If you are at a more upscale restaurant, the chef will most likely be willing to whip up something for you, as it shows their talents and feeds their ego.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 lb green beans
- 4-10 cloves garlic (this is up to you) minced or pressed
- 5-8 oz pine nuts
- 1/4 cup Earth Balance non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
Directions:
Steam green beans for 8-10 minutes
until tender.
Saute garlic in Earth Balance Margarine until
tender add pine nuts and green beans.
Toss to coat.
Enjoy!
