Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 package Mori-Nu tofu (about 6oz., firm or extra firm)
  • 8 oz. pure, not-from-concentrate pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

This shake is loaded with all the nutrition you
need to get your day started right, and it is
amazingly sweet and delicious despite containing
no extra sweeteners. This recipe makes one very
generous shake, or could be split into two small
shakes.

1) Cut banana and tofu into 1-inch chunks and
place in blender.

2) Pour in pineapple juice and blend until
smooth.

3) Add ice and blend again.

Serves: 1
