Vegeterian Tips: Make it a goal to eat at least one piece of raw fruit or a handful of raw vegetables every dayI try to eat an apple first thing in the morning to get it out of the way.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/8 cup wheat germade
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoon natural vegan sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon peanut butter (or tahini)
Directions:
In small pot mix all ingredient except
peanut butter. Cook on low heat
stirring constantly. When done it
should have the consistency of jam.
Mix in peanut butter (or tahini) and eat.
Works best with cold water, because if you
start with hot to boiling, you will get
lumps in it.
Can be served with rice or soy milk
poured over it.
