Vegeterian Tips: If the above fast food tips do not work for a fast food restaurant that you are at, then just get a meatless burger. Ask for a Big Mac or Whopper without the meat that is the bun, lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, and mayonnaise.

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 2 cups sliced carrots, about 1/4” thick
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumi
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander

Directions:

Bring carrots to boil. After 5
minutes, remove from heat and drain.
Add remaining ingredients and stir
about. Experiment with other
flavorings, such as garlic, turmeric,
oregano, and other spices and herbs.
Easy to make and there is almost an
endless number of combinations that are
quite satisfying. Perhaps you have a
flavor you prefer….
