Vegeterian Tips: Take a vitamin supplement that contains B12 or include nutritional yeast in your diet regularly, especially if you re vegan or mostly vegan.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup vegan margarine or shortening
- 3 cups vegan sugar
Directions:
Melt the vegan margarine/shortening o
stovetop. Lower heat and add peanut
butter. Wait until peanut butter has
mixed with the margarine/shortening and
add vegan sugar by a cup at a time, stirring a lot. Whe
you add the vegan sugar it will become a
little sticky but keep stirring, and it
should come out smooth. When done, put
in a pan and chill.
