Vegeterian Tips: While everyone else that you are with is chomping down on huge T Bone steaks and French fries, you can turn a side salad and baked potato into your meal, if nothing else is available.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 10oz box Mori-Nu Soft Silken tofu
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 1 15oz can apricot halves in pear juice (juice and all)
- 3 cups orange juice
- 2-3 heaping Tbsps Wheat Germ
Directions:
Place in a blender on high until creamy and well blended. Add a few ice cubes if you like
it colder. It is very light and refreshing.
