Vegeterian Tips: Take a vitamin supplement that contains B12 or include nutritional yeast in your diet regularly, especially if you re vegan or mostly vegan.

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1/4 cup carob chips
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon vegan brown suga
  • 1/4 cup sliced nuts (pecans, almonds good)
  • some coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butte
  • vegan maple syrup

Directions:

Microwave carob chips and peanut butter together for a couple of
seconds in a small casserole dish. Mix in oats coating them. Add
rest of ingredients. Drizzle with maple syrup. Refridgerate until
mixture becomes firm.

Not exactly low fat but definately addictive!
