Vegeterian Tips: Make it a goal to eat at least one piece of raw fruit or a handful of raw vegetables every dayI try to eat an apple first thing in the morning to get it out of the way.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup meat substitute of choice (I use Yves Veggie Ground Beef)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin oil
- a few leaves of lettuce
- garlic powder to taste
- whole wheat burrito
Directions:
Put olive oil, peppers, onions,
tomatoes, and meat substitute in a
frying pan and heat it all up. Add
garlic powder to taste, or whatever
spice you enjoy. Place on burrito with
lettuce, wrap and enjoy!
