- 1/2 cup plain soy yogurt
- 3 tablespoon 5 Alive concentrate (frozen breakfast drink)
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup vanilla rice milk
- 2 teaspoon flax oil
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together.
