Vegeterian Tips: Pizza and pasta are a great way to go for vegetarians, but just be careful of all those carbs and eat them in moderation. If you don t eat dairy, ask for a slice of pizza with sauce topped with tons of veggies and see how great it tastes, and how good it is for you.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 to 1-1/2 cup vanilla soymilk
- 15 oz. mango pulp (organic) or 1 to 1-1/2 fresh mangos
- 3 bananas (organic)
- 8-10 ice cubes
- 2-3 tablespoons vegan sugar (organic)
Directions:
Chop bananas and, if using fresh
mangos, chop mangos.
Mix all ingredients in blender and
blend till smooth. Will be ready from
blender because of ice.
(optional: add about 1 to 2 teaspoons
cinnamon for extra kick).
Serves: 3-6
