Vegeterian Tips: While everyone else that you are with is chomping down on huge T Bone steaks and French fries, you can turn a side salad and baked potato into your meal, if nothing else is available.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3/4 cup plain vegan soymilk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoon vegan sugar (Turbinado works well)
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash of cinnamo
Directions:
Heat soymilk and water in a small
saucepan. Add cocoa, sugar, and
vanilla; stir until smooth. Sprinkle
with cinnamon and serve hot.
Serves: 1
