Vegeterian Tips: Most Chinese restaurants have many vegetarian options, and some use tofu or fake meat. Otherwise, try rice, soup, and spring rolls or other appetizers to form a great meal. Just remember to ask for no MSG to stay healthy.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 6 or 7 frozen strawberrries
- juice of one fresh squeezed medium lemon
- 1 cup of mixed other frozen fruit (melons, cantaloupe, grapes, etc.)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
- sweetener (I use 1 tablespoon of vegan sugar)
Directions:
In blender, blend all ingredients together until mushy and
delicious. The taste will be a sweet/sour sensation best
enjoyed sitting on your porch on a hot summer day.
