Vegeterian Tips: If the above fast food tips do not work for a fast food restaurant that you are at, then just get a meatless burger. Ask for a Big Mac or Whopper without the meat that is the bun, lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, and mayonnaise.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 vegan ranch dressing packet mix (check ingredients list)
- plain vegan soymilk
- minced garlic
- Mrs. Dash seasoning (or anything like it)
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- just a bit of water
- potatoes
Directions:
Cut up potatoes however you want, and put them in water
over heat. Let boil for 10 to 15 minutes, and drain
potatoes.
Mix a bit of water and cornstarch and set aside. The rest of the
ingredients can be combined at your disgretion regarding
how much. It really depends on your personal taste.
Combine the dressing packet with milk (I don”t recommend using
too much-it depends on how many potatoes you make). Mix the
cornstarch mixture with the ranch dressing stuff. Heat
until it boils, and cook for 2 or 3 minutes (just until
it gets a bit thick). Take concoction away from heat. Add
garlic and Mrs. Dash.
Dip potatoes in ranch mixture, and fry with olive for
about 5 minutes, or until slightly brown.
